We offer dedicated team services to compliment or extend your in-house development resources. In case you don’t have an in-house development team we can put together a complete team dedicated to your project. Depending on your project nature the dedicated team may consist of project managers, team leads, developers and the quality assurance engineers.
Fixed cost model is recommended where clients have completed the phase of project definition, software requirements, milestones and the budget.
We also offer a mix of above two models where some parts of the project are developed by the dedicated team whereas some extended milestones are achieved at fixed time and cost. This model is also helpful in cases where relatively large development team is required up to the final delivery. Then a small dedicated team may be hired for an on-going maintenance / support.
